Assignable Modifier Keys
Within OS X there are keys on the keyboard that change or modify the action of other keys. The Command key for example is used often with the P key as a shortcut to print.
If the position or the layout of these keys is not suitable then you can change them. If you are using a non standard Mac keyboard for example then you may need to change the modifier keys.
In System Preferences.
You will now see the Keyboard preferences and options. Select Keyboard.
Click the Modifer Keys... button.
Change the keys to match your keyboard or to suit your individual needs.
